PARI SHETH, Esq.

Pari Sheth’s legal expertise includes assisting United States based companies actively involved in international transactions and worldwide clients looking for legal help in the United States (including obtaining immigration visas) and for assistance in Canada, Latin America, India and other countries around the world.

Pari spent the first few years of his professional career as a Chemical Technologist having trained in Chemical Engineering. He spent more than a decade as a business professional and executive in the Chemical, Energy and Informational Technology industries after completion of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 1987. Immediately prior to his law practice, Pari was the Vice-President of a Global Information Technology Company.

Pari graduated from Saint Louis University with a JD emphasizing International Law. Pari seeks to aggressively protect the rights and privileges of his clients. He is a passionate business coach and advocate. He is active with the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL), American Bar Association (ABA), The Missouri Bar (MOBAR) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He has chaired and co-chaired various committees with the Bar Organizations. He is a Pro-bono legal adviser to various local and international not-for-profit organizations.

VINCENT BANKS, Esq.

Vince Banks has over nine years experience as a civil litigator representing plaintiffs and defendants, trying numerous cases to verdict on personal injury claims, product liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death claims as well as employment discrimination & harassment claims and wrongful termination.

Vince graduated from Saint Louis University with a JD. Vince is a passionate Client advocate. He is active with the American Bar Association (ABA) and The Missouri Bar (MOBAR).

MELISSA GRIFFETH

Melissa Griffeth has eight years of experience in criminal defense. She has defended clients in traffic and misdemeanor cases including driving while intoxicated and minor drug offenses. She has also represented clients at administrative alcohol hearings and petition for review hearings. Griffeth graduated from St. Louis University School of Law with a JD in 2003. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois and am also a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.

HEATHER RUPP

Heather Rupp has several years of experience in municipal defense and various forms of civil litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ comp, small claims, and zoning. She also has three years experience in immigration law, working with refugees and other immigrants.

Heather graduated from the University of Utah with a JD in 2005. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Indiana.
